The R3made Organic Waste project will focus on developing and executing a curriculum to reduce and prevent the generation of organic waste in residences and restaurants in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle. Duwamish Valley Sustainability Association program staff will train youth, residents, and restaurant owners for this collaborative biodigester project.
